Jabari Garibaldi, who plays as a defensive midfielder, received his maiden call-up to the national team (The Dashing Eagles ) after impressing in the U.S. Virgin Islands Association Club Championship this season with his club Rovers Football Club.

Called into a September camp just ahead of the U.S. Virgin Islands Concacaf Nations League match in October , Garibaldi was told his chance to make his international debut was finally going to come in the match against Saudi Arabian club Okaz FC.
